Corporate events across two countries, run by one team

24 A-One Ventures plans and delivers meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions in sixteen destinations across Indonesia and Thailand - under a single contract, with our own people on the ground.

Who we are

A destination management company built for two countries at once

24 A-One Ventures is a destination management company built around a simple observation: the two countries most often paired in a Southeast Asian corporate programme are almost never handled by the same agency. We handle both.

About 24 A-One Ventures

A regional sales conference in Bangkok followed by a reward trip in Bali is a completely normal shape for a Southeast Asian corporate programme. Handled by two separate agencies it becomes two briefings, two contracts, two invoicing cycles and two sets of assumptions about who booked the airport transfer.

We keep operational staff in Bangkok and Bali and work through directly contracted partners in the fourteen other destinations we cover. Where volume justifies it we hold our own team; everywhere else we hold long-standing relationships with named individuals rather than a booking portal. When something goes wrong at 22:00 on a Saturday, you are calling someone who already knows your programme.

We will also tell you when a destination is wrong for you. Labuan Bajo is exceptional for a hundred senior people and unsuitable for a thousand delegates. Koh Samui's airport has limited slots and premium fares that quietly consume the saving you made on the venue. We would rather move you at proposal stage than manage expectations downward later.

Destination management

One DMC across Indonesia and Thailand - with no handover in the middle

A destination management company exists to absorb the part of an event that does not travel well: local knowledge. Which ballroom has a genuine 5.5-metre trim height rather than a quoted one. Which road closes when a motorcade moves through Hua Hin. Which customs broker in Jakarta clears exhibition freight in eight weeks rather than twelve.

That knowledge is destination-specific and perishable, and it is the entire reason planners appoint someone on the ground. Most agencies cover one of our two countries properly and subcontract the other. We staff both.

Our DMC services

Under one contract

Single agreement, consolidated billing in one currency, one reconciliation at the end - not two agencies invoicing separately.

Our own people on site

A named project lead who does not also have three other groups that week, plus local staffing we brief ourselves.

In-house production

Audio, lighting, LED and vision held directly rather than brokered, so the operator was in the planning call.

Honest feasibility

We will rule destinations out for your group size at proposal stage, in writing, before anything is committed.

Permits and paperwork

National park access, heritage-site approvals, filming permits and exhibition customs clearance handled as standard.

White-label available

Plenty of our work comes through agencies who own the client relationship. We stay off delegate-facing materials on request.

The four disciplines

MICE is one acronym and four genuinely different jobs

A meeting is a logistics problem. A conference is a content and movement problem. An incentive is an experience-design problem. An exhibition is a freight and compliance problem. Staffing all four the same way is why programmes drift.

Meetings

Small numbers, high seniority, low tolerance for friction. The work is in the details nobody notices when they are right - the room at the temperature you asked for, coffee arriving during the break rather than through the session.

Incentive Travel

The measure is whether your winners tell the story afterwards. That usually means access rather than luxury: a venue closed to the public that evening, a site opened before the crowds, a table nobody in the group could have booked themselves.

Conferences

Content drives the room, but delegate movement drives the experience. Registration queues, breakout wayfinding, catering throughput and the gap between plenary ending and buses departing are what people remember.

Exhibitions

Freight timelines and customs paperwork decide whether the rest of the plan survives. In Indonesia particularly, shipments need lead times that surprise first-time exhibitors. We work backwards from the clearance date.
