Staging, sound, light and vision - with our own crew
In-house technical teams and equipment rather than a broker margin on somebody else's warehouse.
Why in-house crew changes the outcome
Most DMCs broker production: they take your brief, pass it to a rental house, add a margin and hope. It works until it does not, and when it does not there is nobody in the room whose job it is to fix it. We hold equipment and technical staff directly for the core disciplines, which means the person operating the desk was in the planning call and understands what the client actually cares about.
Room-first design
The most common production failure is a set designed in isolation and then forced into a room that cannot take it. Ceiling heights get quoted to the structure rather than to the lowest service run. Rigging points may be decorative. Power in older properties is frequently the binding constraint. We survey before we design, and we tell you early if the ballroom you have fallen in love with cannot hang your set.
Working across two countries
Equipment does not cross the Indonesia-Thailand border casually - carnet paperwork, customs deposits and clearance windows all apply. For programmes spanning both, we usually source locally in each country to identical technical specification rather than shipping a single kit, and we run the same crew chief across both legs so the look and the show discipline stay consistent.
Rehearsal is not optional
We build a technical rehearsal into every run of show and we protect it. Speakers who have stood on the stage, heard their own audio and seen their slides on the screen behave differently on the day. Where the schedule genuinely cannot accommodate a full rehearsal, we will say so and propose what to cut instead.
