We run meetings across 8 Thailand destinations, from ten-person board sessions to residential management weeks. The work is venue sourcing, rate negotiation, technical set-up and having someone on the door who knows the delegate list.
Thailand has the deeper MICE infrastructure of our two countries: purpose-built exhibition halls, a mature supplier base and short domestic flights that make multi-city programmes straightforward.
Destinations we operate in: Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Krabi, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui, Khao Lak and Hua Hin.

How the destinations compare
A one-line read on what each Thailand destination is genuinely best at for meetings.
Bangkok
Board meetings and regional management sessions work well in Bangkok because the supporting detail is easy to get right: interpreters, secure document handling, private dining and same-day...
Phuket
Senior team meetings run well in Phuket precisely because delegates stay on one property. A resort buyout or dedicated meeting wing gives a leadership group a working room, private dining a...
Pattaya
For regional and departmental meetings, Pattaya makes sense when the group is arriving from Bangkok offices or from multiple ASEAN cities on the same day. Sessions run in beachfront hotels...
Krabi
Krabi is a natural choice for offsite strategy sessions and leadership retreats. The isolation of the better resorts is the point: with no city distractions and no long transfers, a group s...
Chiang Mai
Most Chiang Mai meetings run 20 to 150 delegates in city hotels where the boardroom sits a short walk from a temple courtyard or a craft workshop. The short airport transfer means a morning...
Koh Samui
Samui meetings are usually small and senior. A typical brief is 20 to 60 people taking a resort's boardroom or a villa estate for three nights, with sessions in the morning and water-based...
Khao Lak
The typical Khao Lak brief is a residential retreat of 20 to 80 people taking most of a resort for three or four nights. Sessions run in a ballroom or an open pavilion, breaks happen on gra...
Hua Hin
Hua Hin absorbs a lot of Bangkok's outbound corporate meeting demand, and the resorts are set up for it: fixed meeting packages, tiered breakout rooms and catering teams used to two-day res...
