Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions
The full MICE spectrum under one project team, from the first feasibility question to the final reconciliation.
Four disciplines, four different jobs
MICE gets treated as a single acronym, but the four letters demand genuinely different things. A meeting is a logistics problem. A conference is a content and movement problem. An incentive is an experience-design problem. An exhibition is a freight and compliance problem. Staffing all four the same way is why programmes drift.
Meetings
Small numbers, high seniority, low tolerance for friction. The work is in the details nobody notices when they are right: the room is the temperature you asked for, the coffee arrives during the break rather than through the session, the车 waiting outside is the one on the manifest.
Incentives
The measure is whether your winners tell the story afterwards. That usually means access rather than luxury - a venue that is closed to the public that evening, a site opened before the crowds, a table somewhere nobody in the group could have booked themselves.
Conferences
Content drives the room, but delegate movement drives the experience. Registration queues, breakout wayfinding, catering throughput and the gap between plenary ending and buses departing are what people remember. We plan those flows before we plan the staging.
Exhibitions
Freight timelines and customs paperwork decide whether the rest of the plan survives. In Indonesia particularly, exhibition shipments need lead times that surprise first-time exhibitors. We work backwards from the clearance date, not forward from the build date.
How a programme runs with us
A brief becomes a written feasibility note within a few days: which destinations fit, what each would cost at a rough order of magnitude, and what the constraints are. Once you pick a direction we build a proper line-item budget, contract the venue, and hold a planning cadence through to delivery. On site you get a named project lead who does not also have three other groups that week.
